Nexus Condominiums

The Nexus tower focuses heavily on amenity spaces for condominium homeowners. Part of this strategy is due to the residential units themselves having a minimal footprint. This allows for more units within the building and helps meet the demand for Seattle condominiums, all the while encouraging homeowners to use communal spaces instead of having an extra bedroom or square footage they might otherwise desire.

The interior concept convinces homeowners to step out of their private homes and fully utilize amenity spaces alongside other residents. Specifically, Nexus’ amenity spaces attract the tech-working demographic not only with advanced technology built-in to the interiors, but married with natural/spa-inspired elements to promote comfort found in a home or hospitality space. This juxtaposition is evident in the building’s rotating floor plates as well as the interiors As such, Nexus celebrates simplicity, order, resolves tension and is ever-changing.

Multiple co-working lounges, a media lounge and private conference rooms provide all the needs for the owner who works from home. A fitness center allows residents to exercise individually or in a class setting. The rooftop (forty-first floor) provides hospitality-inspired event spaces, all complete with the appropriate technology. The game room features a kitchen, multiple televisions and various game tables, from pool and shuffle-board to poker. A demonstration kitchen not only offers superb appliances for all residents’ cooking needs, but offers dining areas for for dinner parties. This extends onto the adjacent outdoor terrace, blurring the line between interior and exterior space. Residents also converse around a one-of-a-kind round fireplace central to the room with a variety of lounge furnishings. Despite all the amenities offered, the focus remains on the view Nexus provides - a view that is always changing depending on where you are in the building, something unique to Seattle city living.
