ABOUT THE STUDIO OWNER

Growing up, family trips to the San Juan Islands ignited Rachael’s interest in interior design. Seeing homes from the water encouraged her to imagine what life looked like inside each space. By high school, she knew interior design was her calling, and she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.

Rachael’s professional journey took her through diverse design settings, including interdisciplinary architecture firms and boutique interior design studios. With each experience, her passion deepened—leading her to create rb.by.design, a studio built on the lessons, growth, and success gained throughout her career
