The Accolade

The interiors of this student-housing targeted high-rise tower take cues from the architecture and its nearby volcanic formations, demonstrating a natural concept filled with organic patterns and biophilic elements. This is balanced with a touch of elegance in the form of golden accents. The concept provides an inspiring backdrop to support local discovery and create a sense of place to encourage the learning within community of students and young professionals in the University District neighborhood.

Amenities include a ground-level study lounge and co-working spaces for individuals and groups of students with direct access to an open patio along the street for connection to the neighborhood. The building’s fitness center promotes a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Study space is also available at the top of the building, with plenty of daylight and opportunities to study on the outdoor terrace. In addition, a library space features a communal table and individual study rooms with finishes and art thoughtfully selected to inspire learning. For those that need a break from studying, an amenity space with glazing on three of its four sides houses a lounge space with television and adjacent table and chair groupings for friends to gather around.
