Skyglass
This striking high-rise apartment building is crowned by a dynamic facade of faceted glass, perched atop a podium base hewn from rich, earthy textures and natural materials. The ground level boasts numerous active amenity and work spaces, embracing a design ethos of heavily artistic and rooted elements. Some items reclaimed from the site’s former structure have been salvaged and repurposed into furniture and artwork, adding a sense of rootedness and history. Hints of luminous light and the tower’s geometric facets gradually emerge, culminating in a grand rooftop where interiors exude an airy, weightless quality while emitting gleams of sunlight and reflection.
